Fairtrade Fortnight 22nd February - 7th March
A Feast for Fairtrade Fortnight!
We have been celebrating Fairtrade Fortnight this year by making dishes with Fairtrade ingredients, and sharing the recipes. Jenny will be collating them into a booklet so that we can make and taste each other's dishes, even if we can't share them in real life. Wellspring is a Fairtrade Church, and we're keen to do all we can to enable as many producers as possible to earn a living wage by selling their products through the Fairtrade route.
Below are some of the dishes produced by Wellspring members and friends with a note of what the Fairtrade ingredients are.
